Dear EC,
I realize that you have been very busy getting back to work while trying
to deal with an avalanche of EC email and writing your group reports.
I would like to remind you, though, of the email ballot below on the
proposed contributions to ITU-R. I hope you will have a chance to review
the material and submit your vote. The web page includes an embedded
form for the submission.

ballot. I have tried to set up a system to make it as painless as
possible. I don't believe it will take long for you to determine your
position, and I hope that you will find time to cast a ballot.
