Or a hurricane will hit Atlanta while we are there. Or a blizzard will interfere with our attendee travel in March in Baltimore!! ;^). First off, the date is a year and a half away. People will be worrying about someplace else where the bad guys have popped up by then. Secondly, even if we were there right now or a couple of weeks ago, the probability of damage to our attendees from forgetting which way to look when they cross the street would be higher than the danger from terrorists.
Any place can be hit and the chance of a place being hit while you or I is there is pretty low. We need to make rational decisions not gut-level media-based fear driven ones.

Mike, I know, I know; my wife too !!! That's why we have the Clause. If we don't believe it is safe for our attendees, we can pull out of the deal without penalty. But honestly, is there anyplace left on the planet where there is NO risk of terrorist activities. Shall I shop for a deal at the Hyatt Antartica and pray that they don't turn up there as well ???
I believe as someone put it: there's a much higher chance that a helicopter will fall out of the sky onto your head.
We just can't let a few nut-cases spoil our entire world.
The only way to deal with terrorists is to not allow yourself to be terrorized.
