Roger,
If we don't use a simple first come first served method for
determining who gets a slot, are you suggesting the EC meets
via teleconference to select the tutorials in the case of
oversubscription?
Personally, I prefer FIFO ordering, it gives preference to
people who are on the ball about needing a tutorial. It also
means the people who just missed getting a slot are pretty
much guaranteed a slot next plenary.
