Tony,

I disapprove of the change.

I will change my vote to approve if  the text "...unless otherwise requested
by the Executive Committee and approved by the Standards Activity Board. "
is modified to read "...unless otherwise approved by the Executive
Committee."

I realize this has nothing to do with the original intent of the proposded
P&P change, but I don't believe the LMSC should need to get the approval of
the CS SAB if it wishes to modify the composition of a Ballot Group.  This
should be a decision internal to LMSC.
