[802SEC] P802.17b circulation of draft PAR under 30-day rule

Dear EC Members,

please find attached pdf files of the PAR and 5Cs for
P802.17b Spatially Aware Sublayer approved at the
802.17 Ottawa Interim Session.

802.17 intends to request forwarding the PAR to
Nescom at the close of the November EC meeting and
will be presubmitting it to NesCom. Should the
request to foward be denied, I will pull the item
from NesCom's agenda.
