COMMENTS ON THE CLOSING EC MINUTES:
*The minutes (opening as well as closing) should say who took them.
*This is a little hard to read because so much material is missing.
*On the agenda, the vertical alignment of the item numbers is strange
whenever the topic takes up two lines. This is a little confusing.
*Page 6: What exactly is the motion? And shouldn't this be moved to
the appropriate place in the minutes? And why isn't this item in the
agenda?
*Page 179: Change "Roger: I do not support this since it forces members to vote
according to their sponsor." to "Roger: I speak against the motion
because roll call votes constrain the freedom the members to vote as
individual experts per the P&P."
