agree with Geoff, that any member may request a roll call vote and the chair
should either honor all such requests (unless the chair believes such request
are simply to obstruct meeting progress) or make a determination of how
many support the request and honor such requests as have sufficient support, in
the chair's determination.

under the impression that anyone voting could make such a request but what
happens if the Chair person does not agree to it ???
