The EC ballot on deciding the motion for LMSC to operate under the WG financial guidelines defined in in Bill Quackenbush's memo of July 23, 2003 closed September 13, 2003. The final ballot tally is 9 APP, 0 DIS, 0 ABS, 5 DNV; the motion passed.
