Buzz,
When I do hotel contracts, I always put in a clause that gives my
group full credit for all our people staying there, regardless of
whether they use the group rate. Then, if there is a problem, we can
do an audit again the session registration list.
I've been under the impression that 802 does the same. Am I right?
