Sorry things are so late, but attached please find a proposed resolution for this ballot. Frankly, I am still in the process of documenting things so there will probably be further modifications to this file (though the resolution should remain the same for now). I have an updated comments list, but it is quite large, so I have asked Bob O’Hara to post it on the web site. I’ll let you know when it is available. I will be holding a meeting on the P&P where this resolution will be discussed – Sunday July 21 starting at 7 PM. Check the schedule for the room.

Below is the status of the LMSC P&P Revision Ballot on WG Membership. The ballot closes April 28, 2003 11:59 PM EDT. This is a couple of days away, and this is your FINAL warning to vote on this ballot. Please get in your votes and comments so we can have a successful comment resolution on the ballot. (Remember if you do not vote or abstain it is equivalent to a DISAPPROVE vote). But more importantly, to have successful ballot resolution we need to know why you disapprove. So make your opinion known. Please identify any inaccuracies you detect in my status report. Also, not everyone has been using the comment form I provided for their formal comments. When I say comments provided, they have often been informal comments that I intend to include in ballot resolution. Note that due to the large number of rules issues all running at once, I am not now taking the time to summarize all the comments to date as I have in the past. I will generate a summary document and distribute it well before comment resolution on this ballot occurs.
