Hi All,

Please find enclosed the final IEEE 802 Meeting Agenda -
Version 13 from the March 2003 Plenary Meeting in
Dallas. Please review and confirm all of your meeting
specifications carefully.

We have one special tutorial booked on Tuesday, July 22, 2003 from
8-9:30pm.  "Ethernet 30th Anniversary Retrospective".  This tutorial may
require more time than indicated above, so if you are planning to book a
tutorial, please consider Monday night. FYI, no Call For Interests
requests have been received to date.

All changes that you may have to this agenda, must be sent to us
in writing prior to:
WEDNESDAY, June 11, 2003!!  No later!!

Also, please make your room reservation at the Hyatt Regency
San Francisco Embarcadero at your earliest convenience.  Should
you encounter any problems, please let us immediately!

It is our understanding that on-line web registration will begin
on Monday, June 16, 2003.  More information to follow.
