Agenda:

1) Update on appeal complaints

    - Geoff is drafting responses this week

    - Geoff will have IEEE-SA legal review the draft responses next week

2) Question on whether 802.20 can participate in 802.11/15 publicity meeting at the May interim session

    - 802.20 was invited along with all the other wireless WGs to participate at a 802.11/15 publicity meeting at the May interim session

    - the scope and purpose for the publicity meeting is not clear

    - Mark will determine the scope and purpose and let Geoff, Paul and Jerry know

    - Geoff and Paul will make a recommendation on whether it is appropriate for 802.20 to participate

3) Next meetings:

    - May 02, 2003 4-5PM EDT
    - May 08, 2003 noon-1PM EDT
