Re: [802SEC] Rules changes for approval Friday
All,
I have some problems with the proposed text for this change and wish to
propose alternate text. The alternate proposed text is attached.
My issues include the following.
An "Executive Committee balloting mechanism" is not defined.
In section 3.4.2, there is no discretion in the use of electronic balloting.
A reference to "letter ballots" in section 2.6.2.was missed.
Some of the text could/should be cleaner.
