[802SEC] Important information when requesting invitations and ballots ++URGENT++

Hello All:

I hope everybody is back home safe and sound!

As many of you already know, two months ago, the IEEE Standards Department,
launched its new web site Standards Development On-line.  And all request
for sponsor ballot (invitation, reaffirmations, or ballots in general) must
be submitted through it.

Some of you are using it already, but the majority are not.  Therefore, I
need to kindly stress the importance to submit your sponsor ballot requests
through the following  web sites:

General web site:
http://standards.ieee.org/resources/development/index.html
Balloting the draft:
http://standards.ieee.org/resources/development/index.html

There is a form to request the B-group formation (invitation and within it,
to request a pre-ballot review).  Also, there is another form for balloting
(same as for recirculation).  If you have an editor or a vice chair
submitting this for you

***The IEEE-SA Balloting Center Uploads, is only used now to submit drafts
or any other file.***
