RE: [802SEC] 802 Plenary attendance projections


Bill,  You might want to anticipate that a number of the folks from 802.18
and 802.19 may in fact be counted as attendees in some of the other WGs too,
so straight totals of the columns may produce optimistic results.  We might
be able to use our WebReg data this time to help estimate the percent of
overlap.
