Hi Bill,

    Unfortunately, there is only one 802.19 session in Monterey, which is from 1-3PM on Wednesday, and does conflict with an SG3a meeting.  Short of an unplanned joint session during that time or Jeff giving the presentation twice, it appears it would be difficult to bring SG3a in.  Rick and I have corresponded about a joint session in Kauai, so we'll try to avoid this in the future.

Jim, Any chance that the agenda could be modified?  Since TG3a officer selection is scheduled for Wednesday 1-3 it would be best if this 802.19 meeting could be moved, especially since "Coexistencs issues in UWB" is one of the topics.  Thanks.

        At the 802.19 session in Monterey, we will begin the work of developing
policies and procedures for coexistence within IEEE 802.  We have four
presentations scheduled for our session, which will be from 1-3PM on
Wednesday.  The presentations and their scheduled times are shown in the
attachment; all attendees to the joint 802.11/15/18/19 session are invited
to attend.  There are no joint sessions scheduled for Monterey, but several
are in the planning stages for Kauai.
