Bob, That's fine, but we're already showing the changed date in our new
meeting info packet.
So we won't be contradicting ourselves if we go ahead with this.
Cut-off dates have always been at our discretion as an administrative
matter.

Colleagues, Well, the final warning messages seems to have done the trick
as we've had nearly 200 registrants come through in just 2 days.
We are now at exactly 750 registered, which oddly enough is exactly where we
were last time (Austin) at the cut-off date. Then we did about 180 people
on site at $300 per and came out just fine. So maybe we're not losing it
after all; it's just our clever attendees having figured out that there's no
advantage to registering ahead of the deadline and waiting until the last
possible minute, so we are pushing the Pre-Reg deadline out to 2 weeks out
because it's way too scary (for me anyway) sitting here at the last minute
wondering if were going to drop 400 attendees and get killed in the process.
