Bob-

It will be easier for you to get through REVCOM if you put a cover letter 
in your submittal package. The cover letter should include your statement 
below. If there are editorial changes from coordination or elsewhere that 
need to be made during preparation for publication then they should be 
mentioned so it is known that you do intend to fix them.

The major consideration in a REVCOM submittal package is that your process 
should be transparent to the reviewers.
