RE: My proposed process for recommending changes to SEC ballots




Bob,   C'mon the size is only 30-50 KB, and the method you propose 
is not only tedious to type, it gets very clumsy when the documents 
get longer than a page.  OK, so then you do (Page #, Paragraph #) ???
Still no good because counting paragraphs gets very messy especially 
in email that automatically breaks lines for you and it's not always clear 
what to count.  

It's just so much easier to make the changes directly on the source doc and 
have them highlighted by color and set-off by change bars, and you can 
turn easily those off to see exactly how the final product reads, too.  

Pleeeease ...  Let's at least use the meager tools we do have.   :-)
