Use of IEEE802ALL
In looking at the past emails, I believe that we have no guidelines for use
of the 802ALL reflector. Currently we use this reflector for the plenary
meeting notice only. Since this reflector is an "automatic join" reflector
(in other words, you are put on the reflector when you attend an 802 plenary
meeting whether you want to or not), we should be cautious in use. On the
other hand, we should disseminate information helpful to our membership. We
also need to make it easy to join/disjoin from this reflector, which I
assume one can do.

Why? Seems to me that 802ALL was devised precisely for this kind of
purpose.
