an SDL tutorial proposal for July

Here is another request for one of the tutorial slots-------

Since the use of SDL is becoming an increasingly important component of a
standard, some of us in 802.15 thought it might make sense to hold a
tutorial on the topic so the 802 community at large can get a better sense
of its utility and value.

Abstract: Specification and Description Language (SDL) is a formal,
object-oriented language defined by ITU-T as recommendation Z.100. The
language is intended for specification of complex, event-driven, real-time,
and interactive applications involving many concurrent activities which
communicate using discrete signals. This tutorial focuses on the SDL
Modeling for the Bluetooth(TM) derived Draft Standard; and the general
utility of SDL in the standards process.

Tom Siep and Allen Heberling would be the principal speakers.
