Dear All:
Since the next NesCom meeting is in Singapore and since the deadline
is right before Christmas, any PARs for the NesCom January agenda
must be received via e-mail no later than 7:30 a.m. EST on 17
December. NesCom members will have to send comments back earlier
than usual because of the location of the next meeting.
