802 Operating Rules meeting Sunday November 7th 8-10PM

Dear SEC,

Given that there have been several comments on Bill Lidinsky's proposed
rules change and additional proposed rules changes, I recommend the SEC
convene an 802 operating rules meeting Sunday November 7th from 8 to 10PM.

The agenda for the meeting will be:
1) review comments on Bill L's proposed rules draft, modify text as
appropriate.
2) consider new rules change proposals.

This meeting will be posted on the 802 agenda, but you may want to notify
your WG members of the meeting in case they wish to participate.
