[STDS-802-24] Updated Agenda for 802.24 TAG - meeting days changed for Vancouver

All,

Due to flight cancellations, I will not be arriving in Vancouver until Monday evening.
We had already planned to recess on Tuesday, so the two meeting slots for 802.24 will now be Wednesday PM2 and Thursday PM2
