Dear EC,

Please find attached a liaison from ITU-R WP5D. It deals with a change 
in the method of updating Recommendation ITU-R M.1457. I expect that, 
since IEEE 802.16 is the only IEEE 802 technology listed in M.1457 that 
this liaison will primarily be of interest to 802.16.

Please note that the Attachment 5.18 referenced in the liaison email is 
not currently available on the WP5D web site. However it is in the .zip 
file included here.
