Apparently some other WGs have circulated a notice with the wrong link
(I tried it, it's broken).
The link below is correct.   Not sure what went out on earlier notices
(as if I pay any attention until it's the "LAST CHANCE" notice :0).
Some people are going to be unhappy if they didn't figure it out.
I don't see a problem with extending it a week, but then, I don't
actually have to do anything :-).
